Who can get Eczema
Eczema can impact any person, although it is commonly seen in small children and infants. According to the National Institute of Health nearly 15 million people in the US bear from some form of
Eczema. Almost two in ten newborns
develop Eczema, however in most cases the term goes away after the child gains the age of 15. Some types continue to have
Eczema across their lives.
It is not cleared why some people get Eczema
while others don’t. Eczema
is an unnatural response of the body’s resistant system to an external factor. This could be a chemical substance found in soaps, or some substance in diet or even in the surroundings.
Eczema is not transmissible, that is you cannot catch up with it from another person. There is also no
heal for eczema, but there are several interventions available for cutting down the pain and stiffness of the condition.
