Different Types of Eczema

Eczema is a generic term; there are many different types of Eczema. This Eczema may look different from each other but all share the common symptoms of firing and itching. It is important to distinguish that what types of Eczema a person suffers from to treat him correctly. However it is not always a very easy work and therefore it is important that you consult a doctor if you think you have Eczema. Sometimes people may suffer more than one type of Eczema present at the same time. 

Eczema can be mainly classified in two main categories they are:

1. Exogenous or Contact Eczema that is causes by skin contact with an external substance that may be natural or synthetic. Example is extreme hot or cold conditions, or harsh chemicals. 

2. Constitutional or Endogenous Eczema that is causes by an inherent tendency of the body and may affect a person even if they lived in a highly sanitized environment. People who affected from this types of Eczema will react to triggers that cause Exogenous or Contact Eczema also. They seem to have a highly sensible system that reacts to slightest changes. These types of Eczema are more likely to be inherited.
